Becoming a Princess Contestant

The Southwest Michigan’s Princess Scholarship Program is an educational pageant focused on helping young people develop their personal skills. Leadership and Community Service are the first two skills we teach. During program practices, we have Leadership Workshops that encourage two valuable skills. Respecting & Honoring themselves & others. We are not just another Beauty Pageant looking for a contestant to go on to a State Pageant. We are a Scholarship Program with one goal. To empower young people to make a difference in the Greater Southwest Michigan area.

Southwest Michigan’s Princess requires personal commitment and passion. The Family must understand that if their Daughter earns the title, she will then have two choices:

  1. To raise funds and volunteer for the Community Service of her choice with one Public Appearance a month during her year of Service OR,
  2. To raise funds and volunteer for the Community Service of her choice with NO Public Appearances during her year of Service.
